LARC Very Small Size Soccer<\/strong><\/h1>\n

El Torneo Mexicano de Rob\u00f3tica\u00ae (TMR) est\u00e1 asociado a diversas competencias internacionales, entre las que est\u00e1 el Latin American Robotics Competition (LARC) de la IEEE. Por primera vez se realizar\u00e1 en el TMR la categor\u00eda IEEE Very Small Size Soccer.<\/p>\n

Rese\u00f1a<\/b><\/p>\n

La categor\u00eda IEEE Very Small Size Soccer (VSSS) consiste en una competencia de f\u00fatbol con robots cooperativos y aut\u00f3nomos de tres contra tres robots de 7.5 cm por cada lado, los cuales son controlados por una computadora que corre de forma aut\u00f3noma durante el encuentro. Los competidores deben programar una estrategia previamente que ser\u00e1 utilizada durante los dos tiempos que conforman el partido. Cada equipo lleva la c\u00e1mara que utilizaran para concentrar a la computadora y poder distinguir los robots en la cancha.<\/p>\n

Restricciones<\/b><\/p>\n

La cantidad m\u00e1xima de  participantes por equipo es de 6 competidores. <\/p>\n

Para el TMR 2020 es requisito de participaci\u00f3n la presentaci\u00f3n del Team Description Paper (TDP) con el formato IEEE (enlace de descarga<\/i><\/b><\/a>) y una extensi\u00f3n de 4 a 6 p\u00e1ginas. <\/p>\n

Los profesores que acompa\u00f1an al equipo y que desean contar con un diploma que reconozca su participaci\u00f3n en el evento podr\u00e1n inscribirse como mentores. El costo de inscripci\u00f3n de los mentores es el mismo que el de los concursantes. A los mentores no se les asigna lugar en la mesa de trabajo del equipo.<\/p>\n

The \u201cTorneo Mexicano de Rob\u00f3tica\u00ae\u201d (TMR) is associated with various international competitions, including the IEEE\u2019s Latin American Robotics Competition (LARC). It is the first time that we have the IEEE Very Small Size Soccer category in the TMR.<\/p>\n

Introduction<\/b><\/p>\n

In the IEEE Very Small Size Soccer two teams of 3 robots of up to 7,5\u00d77,5\u00d77,5cm play a soccer game. The robots are remotely controlled by a computer, but without human intervention. The computer processes the image of a video camera placed above the field and commands the robots.<\/p>\n

Restrictions<\/b><\/p>\n

To participate in IEEE VSSS, teams of up to 6 people can be registered. <\/p>\n

For the TMR 2020, the presentation of the Team Description Paper (TDP) with the IEEE format (download link) and an extension of 4 to 6 pages is a requirement of participation.<\/p>\n

Teachers who accompany the team and wish to have a diploma that recognizes their participation in the event may register as mentors. The cost of registration of the mentors is the same as that of the contestants. <\/p>\n
