La categor\u00eda Rapidly Manufactured Robot Challenge (RMRC) promueve el desarrollo de robots y componentes rob\u00f3ticos peque\u00f1os (30 cm de ancho) de bajo costo y f\u00e1ciles de fabricar que impulsa a los equipos a desarrollar soluciones a problemas que incluyen: navegaci\u00f3n sobre terrenos irregulares, sensar el medio ambiente, recoger y entregar objetos, control intuitivo y comportamiento aut\u00f3nomo, y representa un paso intermedio entre RoboCupJunior Rescue<\/em> y RoboCup Rescue Robot<\/em>.<\/p>\n

La impresi\u00f3n 3D, el corte por l\u00e1ser a bajo costo, el uso de sensores de f\u00e1cil acceso,y otros componentes electr\u00f3nicos accesibles, reducen la barrera del cambio entre las categor\u00edas Junior a Mayor.<\/p>\n

Los equipos que participan en RMRC deben estar formados por un m\u00ednimo de 2 estudiantes y pueden incluir hasta 6 estudiantes (entre 13 y 19 a\u00f1os cumplidos al 1 de julio del a\u00f1o de la competencia). Solo los estudiantes pueden actuar como operadores. Cada equipo puede estar acompa\u00f1ado por hasta 2 mentores (1 mentor para equipos de 3 o menos estudiantes, sin restricci\u00f3n de edad).<\/p>\n

The category Rapidly Manufactured Robot Challenge (RMRC) promotes the development of low-cost and easy-to-manufacture small robot (30 cm wide) that drives teams to develop solutions to problems that include: navigating uneven terrain, sensing the environment, collect and deliver objects, intuitive control and autonomous behavior, and this represents an intermediate step between RoboCupJunior Rescue and RoboCup Rescue Robot.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3D printing, low-cost laser cutting, the use of easily accessible sensors, and other accessible electronic components, reduce the barrier of change between Junior to Major categories.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The RMRC teams must be made up of a minimum of 2 students and can include up to 6 students (between 13 and 19 years old on July 1st on the year of the competition). Only students can act as operators. Each team can be accompanied by up to 2 mentors (1 mentor for teams of 3 or less students, without age restriction).<\/p>\n
