RoboCup Major Humanoid KidSize<\/strong><\/h1>\n

En RoboCup Humanoid KidSize compiten equipos de no m\u00e1s de cuatro robots humanoides en partidos de f\u00fatbol. Los equipos juegan sobre un campo con alfombra de color verde de 6mx9m, porter\u00edas y l\u00edneas de color blanco. No hay ning\u00fan otro tipo de referencias visuales en la cancha y en cada partido juegan dos tiempos de diez minutos cada uno.  Los robots deben de ser capaces de jugar f\u00fatbol de manera aut\u00f3noma, es decir, que no se permite ning\u00fan tipo de control remoto. Para lograr esto los robots deben estar dotados de un sistema de sensores que les permita percibir el estado del mundo a su alrededor, y la informaci\u00f3n de este sistema sensorial debe estar conectado a una computadora a bordo del robot en la que se programan algoritmos de inteligencia artificial para que el robot tome sus propias decisiones. Esta competencia forma parte del Abierto Mexicano de RoboCup.<\/p>\n

RoboCup es una iniciativa internacional cuya visi\u00f3n es lograr que para el a\u00f1o 2050 se tenga un equipo de robots humanoides capaces de vencer al equipo campe\u00f3n mundial de la FIFA en partido de f\u00fatbol.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Restricciones<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para participar en RoboCup Humanoid KidSize, se pueden inscribir equipos de m\u00e1ximo 12 personas con derecho a lugar en la mesa de trabajo. Debido al nivel de dificultad de esta competencia, se convoca a grupos de investigaci\u00f3n, incluyendo estudiantes de licenciatura, posgrado, profesores e investigadores. No hay restricciones sobre qui\u00e9nes pueden participar.<\/p>\n

Los profesores que acompa\u00f1an al equipo y que desean contar con un diploma que reconozca su participaci\u00f3n en el evento, pero que no requieren que se les asigne lugar en la mesa de trabajo del equipo, podr\u00e1n inscribirse como mentores. El costo de inscripci\u00f3n de los mentores es el mismo que el de los concursantes.<\/p>\n

In RoboCup Humanoid KidSize compete teams of four humanoid robots in football matches. The teams play in a field on a 6mx9m green carpet with goals and white lines. There are no other visual references on the field and in each game they play two periods of ten minutes each. Robots must be able to play football autonomously, that is, no remote operation is allowed. To achieve this, the robots must be equipped with a sensor system that allows them to perceive the state of the world around them, and the information of this sensory system must be connected to a computer on board the robot in which artifitial intelligence algorithms are programmed for the robot to make its own decisions. This competition is part of the RoboCup Mexican Open.<\/p>\n

RoboCup is an international initiative whose vision is to have by the year 2050 a team of humanoid robots capable of defeating the FIFA world champion team in a football match.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n

To participate in RoboCup Humanoid KidSize, you can register teams of up to 12 people with the right to place at the table. Due to the level of difficulty of this competition, research groups are invited, including undergraduate, postgraduate, professors and researchers. There are no restrictions on who can participate.<\/p>\n

Teachers who accompany the team and who wish to have a diploma that recognizes their participation in the event, but do not require them to be assigned to the team work table, may register as mentors. The registration cost of the mentors is the same as that of the contestants.<\/p>\n
